Cancellations
I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations, otherwise I can only refund you 50% of the order cost.

Order Changes

 You must contact me at least 48 before your order date if you want to make any changes to your order. I run a tight schedule and won't be able to make changes to your order within this time frame. 

Checkout Form Errors
Decadence will not take responsibility for any errors made during the checkout process. For example, if a customer has entered the wrong date or time for a pick up we cannot be held responsible. However we will do everything we can to ensure your order is still fulfilled.

 Cake Stand Hire
Cake stand must be returned with 48 hours of pick up date. A $75 fee will incur if the cake stand is damaged, lost or stolen or is not returned in the same condition at the time of hire.

Allergens

All of the cakes contain eggs and the mud cakes may contain traces of nuts due to the chocolate that is used. I have nut free and gluten free cake options. The cakes are not dairy free and are not vegan.

Delivery

All orders placed by 2pm can be delivered the following day between 9am-3pm.

Delivery is in Wagga only and delivery times cannot be specified.

A delivery fee can be added to your total order in the checkout. 

If no one happens to be at the address upon delivery I will either leave the cake in a safe place or bring it back to the kitchen. 

If you would like me to redeliver the cake, the delivery fee will need to be paid again.
